New food books for April

Here are three brand new cookbooks/food books.  Andaluz is beautiful and written by a travel writer and photographer.  Savage Beast is a memoir interspersed with recipes: the author emigrated to the U.S. from Belarus. And Food on the Move is all about the history of food service on trains!   And it too is filled with recipes!
